List snapshots

GET /v1/watchers/{id}/snapshots

One row per site per run, newest first. Use it to chart prices or check what a run saw.

Query
`limit`	1 to 200. Default 50
`cursor`	`next_cursor` from the previous page

candidates are the variants that matched the target, before conditions. held has one entry per condition: true, false or "unknown".
