Delete a watcher

DELETE /v1/watchers/{id}

Stops the watcher and deletes its snapshots and events. Pending webhooks for it aren't sent. A follow-up it created keeps running, with parent_id set to null.

204 No Content. A watcher that doesn't exist, or isn't yours, is 404.
